How will my order be delivered in Singapore?
All orders of $100 and above will be delivered in Singapore free of charge, if not it will be a $5 flat delivery fee. Our delivery team will contact you for a convenient delivery schedule once we have received your order.
How will my order be delivered to China and what are the cost?
Kindly contact us here to make an international order. Shipping rates to china is at $250 / kg guaranteed doorstep delivery. The reason for the slightly expensive shipping cost to china is due to the government stringent restrictions of bird nest import into the country due to fear of bird flu. Special procedures have to be done to import and deliver bird’s nest to China.

How to store dried bird's nest?
Dried bird’s nest can be stored in room temperature within a clean environment. No refrigeration or special storage is required.
What is the shelve life of dried bird's nest?
When stored in room temperature at normal levels of humidity, pure bird’s nest will not deteriorate even in 3 to 4 years.
What is the shelve life of natural brand bottled bird's nest?
The expiration date of all bottled bird’s nest are printed on all bottle with an average shelve life of 2-3 years.
What are the return policy?
We pride ourself to deliver only the best quality products to our customers. If there are any defective products, simply get in touch with our staff here, we will arrange for a full refund to you on the defective product.
Defect covers: product that are not fresh, product that are not 100% pure (we know this will not happen as we take stringent quality control in our import processes to bring edible bird’s nest from our nest house in Indonesia to Singapore.)
